Important Instructions and Features

To ensure proper operation, please read this manual carefully.

  • The devices are cooling compressor-based refrigeration type and design for low energy consumption.

  • The device and system ensure quick-refrigeration with low noise.

  • The device is made to provide normal and cold but hot water optional.

  • The water handling circuit includes cold water tank, hot water tank, a pump, PU pipes and flexible pipes of silicon rubber parts which are made from food grade material of very durable quality and the specification are up to National Health Standards.

  • Never use detergent or chemicals harmful to health to clean the water tank.

  • Do not directly spray water on the surface of the product.

  • Wipe the front and back of the product with water-soaked soft cloth.

  • If dust of other exterior substance has accumulated on the condenser, wipe off with water-soaked soft cloth.

Keep at Least 4 Inches Away from Wall

Operating Your Water Cooler

  • Ensure that the PU pipe of inlet and drain are connected properly to the bulk head union.

  • Plug the water cooler to the socket.

  • RO system switches ON/OFF automatically depending on the water level inside the tank.

  • The cooler can work automatically and provide the cold & normal water for you any time.

  • The hot water only operates though MCB.

Operation Instruction

Before Using Your Water Cooler

  • Before connecting the appliance to the power source, let it stand upright for approximately 30 minutes. This will reduce the possibility of a malfunction in the cooling system from handing during transportation.

  • The water cooler is pre-cleaned at factory but the reservoir and water lines must be flushed with fresh water before use as follows:

  • Ensure that both inlet and drain PU pipe are connected to the water cooler.

  • Plug the cooler & let the RO system work and for approximately 60 minutes for the purified water fill the tank to fully capacity.

  • We are ready to complete the first cycle. In order to do that, wait for the cold water to reach cold temperature (In overall 40 minutes).

  • Now you are ready to use your water cooler.

Note: Your water cooler has been cleaned and sanitized before leaving the factory.
You are requested to kindly drain the water filtering from RO at least for 3 cycles before starting to use the water cooler.

Installation Guidelines

Please read the instructions carefully to install the product.

  • Remove the exterior and interior packing.

  • Do not locate the cooler in area where the temperature may fall below freezing point 0 ℃ (32 ℉).

  • Locate the appliance away from direct sunlight and sources of heat may increase electrical consumption. Extreme cold ambient temperatures may also cause the appliance not to perform properly.

RO Safety Instructions

  • Avoid High Pressure Pump Cavitation - Low inlet water pressure could lead to cavitation of the high-pressure pump. Change Pre-filter at first sigh of flow drop. Failure to replace your pre-filter whenever necessary shall render our guarantee null and void.

  • Avoid Chlorine in Reserve Osmosis system - Even small amount of chlorine, if present in the feed water, can damage the R.O. Membrane. Chlorine damage to the membrane can lead to lower salt rejection and poor quality permeate, which could result in costly membrane replacement and downtime.

  • Avoid Extreme Temperature - Continuous operation at or above (40 oC) however is not recommended since such temperature can cause permanent damage to membrane support structures. The unit should neither be stored in direct sunlight nor in area where internal temperature could exceed (40 oC).

  • Avoid Oil - Try to prevent oil from entering the R.O. system since oil will coat the membrane and decrease its efficiency.

  • Avoid Industrial Waste - The unit may purify water that contains some industrial waste, but it is best to avoid contaminated waste entirely since an unknown chemical could damage the membrane.

  • Avoid Drying of Membrane - Membrane, once they have been wetted, must be kept moist or mechanical damage may occur.

  • Avoid Rust - The feed water must be free from rust. The membrane is highly susceptible to iron (rust) fouling, every possible precaution.
